psychology_alt My Approach
My approach is grounded, warm, and collaborative. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what feels heavy or overwhelming, and build tools that actually help you feel more regulated and in control of your life. I integrate evidence based and trauma informed approaches, including EMDR, and work at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, not judged, and supported in making meaningful, lasting change.
